We waited forever just to check in, and the staff seemed totally confused the whole time. Nobody explained where to go or what we were supposed to do, so we were just standing around wasting time. It ended up messing up the plans we had for the rest of the day, which was really frustrating.

The helmet felt kind of old and used. For something that’s supposed to protect your head, I think it’s only fair to provide gear that feels clean, sturdy, and properly maintained. Safety shouldn’t feel like an afterthought

I’d heard other parents say good things, so I felt comfortable giving it a try. My kids ended up feeling safe the whole time and had so much fun. I can see why people recommend it.

I really wanted to like this place because the ziplining itself was decent and it’s a fun concept. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the organization made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. Check-in was confusing, the signs weren’t very helpful, and staff kept directing people to different areas, so we ended up standing around not really knowing what was supposed to happen next. I get that places can get busy, but a smoother setup would make a big difference

I had a good time with it and feel like it was worth picking up overall. It does feel a little pricey for what it is, so my advice would be to grab it if you’re interested, but maybe keep an eye out for a sale if you’re on the fence.
